飞行汽车,一个新赛道?

近年，飞行汽车这一概念越来越热。因为它代表着交通出行未来的方向，因此，让汽车上“天”，成为各大汽车品牌竞相追逐的一个新赛道。
近日，现代汽车欧洲首席执行官迈克尔·科尔表示，2030年前飞行汽车将成为现实。公司已在该领域“投入重金”，他认为，飞行汽车是“未来的一部分”。
瞄准飞行汽车领域的，不仅仅是现代。早在2017年，丰田就曾计划，在东京奥运会开幕时推出一款单座位的飞行汽车来配合开幕表演。丰田认为，奥运会载人飞行汽车项目不但能为公司树立起一个良好的公众形象，而且可以为未来载人飞行汽车产品做出示范。
而在国内，小鹏汽车去年就开始布局飞行领域。在今年上海车展期间，小鹏发布了第四代智能电动载人飞行器旅航者X1。
虽然很多车企看好未来飞行汽车这一广阔市场，但有专家指出，飞行汽车的发展，目前还处于从研究探索走向商业化应用的早期阶段，要实现这一美好愿景，还面临着许多技术、政策、法规等方面的瓶颈和障碍。

日产宣布将在英国建电动汽车“超级工厂”
Nissan announced plans to build EV ‘gigafactory’ in UK
日产汽车近日宣布，计划在英国桑德兰建立一个“超级工厂”——一个价值10亿英镑（约合13.8亿美元）的旗舰电动汽车（EV）中心日产EV36Zero，将打造全球首个电动汽车制造生态系统。Nissan on recent announced plans to build a “gigafactory” in Sunderland, U.K.——Nissan EV36Zero, which a £1 billion ($1.38 billion)flagship Electric Vehicle (EV) Hub creating a world-first EV manufacturing ecosystem.
据介绍，该中心综合了电动汽车的开发和生产，还包括利用车载电池进行储能和二次利用。The comprehensive approach includes not only the development and production of EVs, but also the use of on-board batteries as energy storage and their reuse for secondary purposes.
这家日本汽车制造商表示，将与电池技术公司远景科技集团旗下动力电池公司远景动力和桑德兰市议会共同启动该项目的建设。The Japanese automaker said it was launching the project, along with Envision AESC, a battery technology company, and Sunderland City Council.
日产还表示，该中心将创造1650个新工作岗位。Nissan also said 1,650 new jobs would be created at the hub.
资生堂完成个人护理业务转让
The Transfer Of Shiseido's Personal Care Business Was Completed
资生堂近日宣布，资生堂及资生堂子公司旗下个人护理业务的相关交易事项中的各类手续已经完成。Shiseido recently announced that it has completed the procedures as part of the transaction related to the Personal Care business owned by the Company and its subsidiaries.
该交易最初于2021年2月3日在《关于个人护理业务转让所涉公司分立（简易吸收分立）等事项的通知》中宣布。The transaction was originally announced on February 3, 2021 in the “Notice of Company Split (Simple Absorption-type Split) and Other Changes Accompanying the Transfer of the Personal Care Business.”
资生堂通过公司分立（吸收分立）方式新设立Fine Today Shiseido（中国公司名为“上海菲婷丝化妆品经营有限公司”）。The part of the Business operating in Japan has been transferred through absorption-type corporate splits to a newly established company -- Fine Today Shiseido Co., Ltd..
同日，将Fine Today Shiseido的全部股份转让给由CVC资本及其关联方（CVC）提供投资支持的基金所出资设立的株式会社Oriental Beauty Holding（OBH）。On the same date, all of the outstanding shares of Fine Today Shiseido have been transferred to Oriental Beauty Holding Company, Limited (“OBH”), financed by funds advised by CVC Capital Partners (“CVC”).
为了目标业务的进一步发展，资生堂同日收购OBH唯一母公司Asian Personal Care Holding35%的股份，并将为CVC提供支援，双方合作经营目标业务。On the same date, the Company has acquired 35% of the shares of K.K. Asian Personal Care Holding, which is the wholly owning parent company of OBH and will operate the Business after the transfer, therefore establishing a joint venture aimed at operating the Business and supporting its further growth in cooperation with CVC.
